Home Grown Chicago Souldiez Vol.3

We, Rose & I finally return with our annual "Home Grown Souldiez" series compilation.
This time though, we welcome our fellow Chicagoan "Chi-Town" for our third installment.
No new comer to the soul scene, he happens to host a Doo-Wop radio show covering the full gamut of Doo-Wop sounds. If you will, a Doo-Wop guru of sorts! Requests for the radio show links are welcomed.

Once again Rose has done all the heavy lifting & delivers in true "Gold Medal" fashion just like a true Olympian champion as usual. Ain't we lucky to have her around as part of the familia!

The three of us do hope you enjoy our comp & also pick up some new rolitas from our "Windy-City" connected presentation (All songs are in some way connected to Chicago). We do it for all our familia to enjoy right along with our love for your continued support.

We would like to hear what you think of our comp & then the link will be sent to you.

Gracias from the three of us!
DustyRose, Chi-Town & Mello
Thanks again to RossyBoy for fixing up another Chicago cover for us. Nice Job!!.

    1. Thanks for your inquiry "J" as it's brought some misinformation to my attention. 1970-Brunswick label was actually the yr. & label of the original recording from the Chicago group The Lost Generation. This particular track is from the Chi-Lites cd; "Help Wanted" from 1998. Another version of this song also appeared in 2005 on a Chi-Lites cd titled "Lo Key".
